My name is Donna DeGrendel and I am passionate about the Montessori Method and fostering joyful learning in children! 

I have a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and I worked as an HR consultant for 10 years. After enrolling my own children in a Montessori school many years ago, I transitioned into the field of education. 

I am a certified Montessori educator and I have worked with young children and their parents for over ten years (in the classroom, as a Montessori consultant, and as a private tutor). I now serve as the Associate Director of Assessment within a university setting.
